During his 30 years of practice, Dr. Coldwell became convinced that all illness is based on a lack of energy and that emotional and mental stress rapidly depletes the body’s energy reserves. He also discovered that physical stress is just a temporary condition, which he teaches can be easily controlled. He explains why many stress reduction techniques such as meditation, hypnotism, NLP, and other related techniques are mostly useless and can ultimately be harmful. He is convinced that we make ourselves sick and only we can best heal ourselves. His system is designed towards self-help and self reliance, not dependence on outside influences.
