Gil Cole

Gil Cole is a writer and psychoanalyst in New York City.  He graduated from The Juilliard School where he studied drama, and acted in classic and contemporary plays on Broadway and in regional theater across the country.  Needing to change his life, he went back to school and trained to become a psychoanalyst.  He has a private practice in Manhattan.  He has taught at training institutes and writes for psychoanalytic journals.  His book, "Infecting the Treatment: Being an HIV Positive Analyst" was published in 2002.  His first novel, "Fortune's Bastard, or Love's Pains Recounted" is published by Chelsea Station Editions.
