I was born in former Yugoslavia in 1964. My family relocated to Florida in 2002 where we finally found some peace and hope after running for our lives in a war ravaged country.
My literary achievements are limited to the book "Seeing in the Darkness", a true story of my struggle and determination to save my prematurely born baby girl diagnosed with many health problems. I wrote the book to give hope to all parents out there who care for disabled children. I have also decided to forward partial proceeds from the book sale to a couple of non-profit organizations assisting visually impaired.
