Michael L Frissore

Michael Frissore is the author of the poetry chapbooks Poetry is Dead (Coatlism Press, 2009) and Long Blue Boomerang (Heavy Hands Ink, 2011), as well as the online fiction chapbook The Gingerbread Gang (Silkworms Ink, 2010). Frissore’s fiction has most recently appeared in Eat Me, Bartleby Snopes, Untoward, Ante Review, Diagonal Proof, Spilt Milk, Berg Gasse 19, Pulp Metal, and elsewhere. His work is forthcoming in Kerouac’s Dog, Lowestoft Chronicle, Feathertale, and in anthologies from Untreed Reads, NorGus Press, Wicked East Press, and Static Movement. His fiction has also been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and Dzanc Books' "Best of the Web" anthology, and included in Monkeybicycle’s Humor Issue alongside comedians Sarah Silverman, Patton Oswalt and David Cross. He has written for The Buzz Media, the Tucson Citizen, Flak, Slurve, and Undress Me Robot. He has a collection of fiction called "Puppet Shows" looking for a publisher and is currently working on a novel.
