Rachel Brimble lives in Chippenham, a small market town near the famous Georgian city of Bath in the UK. Married with two daughters and a mad labrador, her life is often busy and feels as though one day is very rarely the same as the next! She began her writing career while carrying her first daughter and soon saw her short stories published in various magazines and online.
It wasn't until she became pregnant with her second daughter (is there a theme here??) that Rachel embarked on her first novel. After numerous re-writes and repeated submissions, her first novel SEARCHING FOR SOPHIE was published by The Wild Rose Press in 2007. Then she wrote RELUCTANT WITNESS, another romantic suspense which was published in 2008.
The heroine of her third novel, a romantic comedy appeared in her head fully formed, and her next release, 'The Sharp Points of a Triangle' was snapped up by Eternal Press and release in January 2010.
Her first historical is with The Wild Rose Press again and available right now, entitled The Arrival of Lily Curtis which has so far three four star reviews which Rachel is thrilled about.
Her latest is her first novella length story called Transatlantic Loving which is part of the Class of '85 series by The Wild Rose Press.
