Reilly Peterson is a successful woman who has done many things: an athlete, a model, a sportswear executive. Suddenly, Reilly finds herself doing something she never expected to do, running. Reilly’s ex-boyfriend will kill her and anyone around her if he finds her. So Reilly has signed up for Fantasy Spy Camp’s Seattle-based Urban Ops division to learn to protect herself. The camp will teach her how to survive using anything available from her hands or a submachine gun. What Reilly isn’t expecting to find is a man, in fellow camper Van Keller, who reminds her she is still a woman…
I loved this story! Spy Games is the second in a series about Fantasy Spy Camps. Each book is stand alone but also worth your time! Reilly is one tough woman and you know the ex has to be one mean bad guy to have her frightened. Van Keller has his own reasons for being at the camp but one look at Reilly has him dreaming of something else too… This story is filled with spy plots, secret missions, neat spy gadgets, and a very determined bad guy who will kill anyone who gets in his way. Someone at the camp must be helping Reilly’s ex to know where she is and what she is doing and he is using the information in a campaign to keep her terrorized. Reilly can’t afford to like Van; it will just get him killed but Van doesn’t intend to let some sicko keep him away from something he wants and he’ll do anything to protect Reilly. The action starts with the first page and keeps your adrenaline pumping all the way to the last page! I loved it and can’t wait to read another Fantasy Spy Camp adventure! If you love adventure, romance, gun toting women, macho men, and truly psychotic bad guys, you’ll love these books too!
