Daniel seems spoiled and bratty, but what he needs is a firm hand. Zane has been watching Daniel for a long time, and he thinks he knows just what to do. He takes Daniel on, but can he prove that he can see what Daniel needs? Or will Daniel's acting out prove to be even more than Zane can handle?

Daniel was pouting.
He was bored.
Mal was in a snit and had ignored everyone and then disappeared entirely. Desmond was in his rooms with his latest bottom. Daniel would have thought someone would be interested in topping him after the show he'd put on the other night, but that didn't seem to be the case.
And he was looking fine, too. Damn it.
He all but stamped his foot.
His hair was loose, falling around his shoulders. His eyelashes were darkened and his lips reddened. His body was displayed to great effect in the violet skin-tight jumpsuit he wore.
So why was he alone and bored?
He wandered over to the bar. "I want a Purple Passion Explosion."
A soft chuckle sounded, the noise deep and rumbling and low. "I don't know, Poppet. You're already purple enough, aren't you?"
He turned his head and saw a massive bald man, dark eyes sparkling under heavy brows.
"You think?" he asked, wriggling a little. "So what would you suggest then?"
One eyebrow arched. "Whiskey, Jim. Two. Neat."
"Whiskey? Are you trying to get me drunk?" He gave Baldy a long once over. He wouldn't mind this one getting him drunk, or not, as long as there was advantage taken of him.
"No. You'll only have one. I'm not interested in having you sloppy drunk."
Sure, firm. Absolute. Sexy as fuck.
"Well how are you interested in having me, then?" Oh, suddenly he wasn't bored anymore. Not one little bit.
"Spread out on the sofa in my suite. Saw you the other night, but I don't want sloppy seconds and I want you to know when I fuck you. Drink your whiskey."
"Oh, it's like that is it?" He gave Baldy his best, sassy look, but he took the whiskey from Jim and took a sip, looking up at Baldy from over the rim of his glass.
"It is." Baldy took his own drink in one smooth shot, not flinching, not grimacing. "You've got a hungry little hole, Poppet. I think I can make you scream."
He was mid preen when he realised what Baldy had said earlier. "Wait a minute. You called me sloppy seconds."
He shot back his own whiskey and slammed his glass on the bar. A flip of his hair and he was heading off, grand exit entirely ruined by his gasping chokes. Damn, that was strong stuff.
"You're making a mistake, Daniel. " He spun around to see a key card being laid on the bar. "I've been watching you. Learning you. I'll be upstairs, if you decide to come play."
Calling him sloppy seconds and then walking off without him? Oh.
Daniel was livid.
He'd spent over an hour wandering through the club before admitting he was well and truly bored.
The only thing that had interested him all evening was... well Baldy. How dare the man call him sloppy seconds?
He'd show him.
Daniel marched back up to the bar and held out his hand.
Jim grinned at him and pulled the keycard out of his shirt pocket.
