Metro worked on paperwork for the Old Tavern as his sweet bear Harry slept. Metro was paying for their keep, so to speak. Not that he wouldn't do it anyway, and not that Pirou expected any payment from the ones he rescued. It gave Metro something to do, though, while Harry recovered, his sweet bear spending many hours of the day sleeping. It was helping, Metro thought. Harry looked better every day.
A few days of eating correctly was helping on that front, too. Harry no longer looked like he was starving to death, beginning to slowly get some flesh on his bones. Metro knew Harry was still traumatized by his time with the Jackals, but he felt Harry was definitely on the road to recovery. Making a start at any rate.
He just wished he could get Harry to talk about what had happened. And where the hole where he'd been kept was. Metro knew Pirou was anxious to find out who exactly these Jackals were so he could put an end to their enterprises before anyone else got hurt.
Metro finished the last bit of paperwork and shared everything to the main Old Tavern server. Then he closed the laptop and looked over at the bed to admire the slender form of his little bear.
It shocked him that Harry hadn't shifted, not even once. The bear was in there -- Metro could sense him -- but there hadn't been a single attempt. He didn't know if it had to do with the bad things Harry had seen, or with the talent Harry had for moving things with his mind. Maybe Harry didn't remember how. Maybe he thought it was wrong, and if Metro shifted first, he would follow. There were so many possibilities, but without Harry talking to him about any of it, there was no way for Metro to really know.
He got up and went to the bed, drawn to Harry like a moth to the proverbial flame.
Harry sighed softly as he got closer, his bear turning toward him. Metro loved that, how attuned Harry was to him. He could feel the bond between them growing stronger with every moment. They belonged together, that much was true. He just wished Harry could believe it, too.
Sitting on the edge of the bed, he stroked Harry's arm, enjoying the warm, smooth skin beneath his fingertips.
He had no doubt that his Harry held secrets. No one escaped Hell without scars, not even the harmless and innocent. Harry had escaped from God knew where and had navigated the city to find his way here.
The innocence was a defense.
Metro wanted Harry to know that he could say anything at all, could tell him the bad and the ugly along with the good, and Metro wouldn't hate him, wouldn't kick him away. Bending, he kissed one cheek softly. Harry needed to eat, needed to spend some time awake and aware in the world.
Warm, pale eyes fastened on him, and his bear smiled. "Master Lion."
"Good morning, my bear." He leaned in and rubbed their noses together before kissing Harry softly, lips moving against Harry's. His little bear was fast becoming a champion kisser, and it was one of Harry's favorite things to do together. Not that he didn't like the hand jobs they'd shared, but it felt like the press of lips together was more intimate, a deeper sharing.
"Are you hungry, my sweet one?" There were honeyed cereals, honey cakes, berries and he even had eggs if Harry wanted to have a traditional breakfast.
"Always." The soft word was little more than a giggle.
He had to smile, had to. Harry's happiness always brought out his own. "Are we talking about food now or something else?"
"Something else? More kisses?"
"I will always have more kisses for you." He moved to lie on the bed facing Harry and began to share one kiss after another, their bodies resting pressed together. He could feel the heat building between them with each kiss.
Harry snuggled into him, unashamed, unafraid. Happy. Metro wished it was all the time, but he would take it however he could.
Sliding his hand along Harry's spine, he reached down to cup the sweet ass. It felt right in his hand, like this was right where Harry belonged. He dug in a bit, fingers testing the muscle, the fine skin. And Harry's reaction. His bear moaned and pushed into the touch, making Metro smile and squeeze harder. There was so much potential between the two of them, and he wanted to hold on to every moment they had together.
Their middles rubbed, cocks sliding against each other in a way that was becoming more familiar each day. His little bear was a sensual sweetheart, the fuzzy balls drawing up with Harry's eager need.
"Would you like to try tasting me today, Harry? Suck on my cock?"
