Good golly Miss Molly. I am flabbergasted. I’m so darn happy I got a chance to read Ms. Kery’s work. Totally delicious. The beautiful writing prose made me even more enthralled with Sweet Restraint. This was truly a rare gem that I found mesmerizing and enchanting while at the same time, there’s so much suspense and drama going on; I never found myself lacking for entertainment. The sex scenes between Dom and Laura are divine and will leave readers panting long after they finish. A non-stop and fast-paced thrill ride for the senses, Sweet Restraint is going on my favorite shelf forever. The thing I enjoyed the most about Sweet Restraint is that it’s not your typical erotic romance. There are so many other elements layered throughout. I didn’t feel like it was all about the sex. There’s heartbreak and fear…real emotions portrayed by the characters. I didn’t feel like they were unrealistic. These are two people you can find on the streets any day of the week. Two real people, going through real crap in their lives, and just trying to find a bit of happiness. I laughed, I cried and I rejoiced with them. Dom and Laura will have a place in my heart for a very long time and I can’t wait to read another Beth Kery story in the future. She’s on my “must buy” list from here on out!
